📋 Description

• Support the Mortgage Lending Division by producing routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts accurately and on time • Collaborate with team members to understand business metrics and reporting needs • Maintain scheduled reports and automate them as appropriate • Validate and analyze report data to ensure accuracy • Support operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts • Document procedures and processes for assigned reports • Conduct manual data reviews to answer business questions, identify trends, or respond to audit issues • Develop business knowledge to better understand and serve business customers

🎯 Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Excel • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and SSRS • Foundational knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration, and technical skills • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes quickly • Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures • High school diploma/GED or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, report development, data analysis, data integration, or information management • Zero to two years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role • Business Analyst experience and/or Residential Mortgage Industry experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred • Must follow company policies, investor guidelines, and applicable US state and federal laws and regulations
