📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI • Review existing reporting solutions, identify limitations, and propose improvements • Build and automate reporting for business planning, budgeting, and P&L together with Finance and business stakeholders • Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions • Create dashboards and reports for tracking key business and product metrics • Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards • Investigate reporting issues and discrepancies and help identify solutions • Own tasks end to end, from understanding the business request to delivering the final result

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI • Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries • Ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions • Experience working with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results • Strong analytical and system thinking • Proactivity, ownership, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with tasks where there is no ready-made solution or detailed instruction • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills • English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher • Experience with business planning, budgeting, P&L, or financial models (nice to have) • Experience working closely with Finance teams (nice to have)
