📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Epic Cogito reporting solutions using Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, SQL, and Clarity/Caboodle databases • Create and optimize reports, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics tools for healthcare stakeholders • Develop data extracts, queries, and reporting solutions for clinical, financial, quality, compliance, and operational initiatives • Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting solutions • Analyze healthcare data trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies • Troubleshoot report performance issues and optimize database queries • Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, and reporting and analytics implementation projects • Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, report inventories, and standard operating procedures • Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities • Provide end-user training and support for reporting and analytics tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic reporting and analytics environments • Hands-on experience with Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer • Strong SQL development and relational database experience • Experience developing BI and reporting solutions within healthcare organizations • Knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle, and regulatory reporting requirements • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Epic Cogito Certification preferred • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or other business intelligence platforms preferred • Experience supporting health systems, hospitals, health plans, or integrated delivery networks preferred • Knowledge of quality reporting programs, value-based care, population health, and healthcare analytics preferred • Experience with Azure, SQL Server, or cloud-based analytics solutions preferred • Epic Cogito, Epic Clarity Data Model, Epic Caboodle Data Model, Epic Reporting Workbench, Certified Healthcare Data Analyst (CHDA), and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certifications listed as preferred
