📋 Description

• Own the conceptual design, implementation, and testing of datasets for Power BI Semantic Models, Power BI Dimensions, Power BI Data Flows, DAX, Snowflake integration, SQL, and user securities • Design and deliver reporting and core reporting datasets supporting new business solutions • Apply data visualization best practices and techniques • Develop, implement, and maintain reporting, including blending data from multiple sources • Monitor and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models, including new fields, source unions, report changes, and user support • Use Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL to identify data anomalies and troubleshoot reporting issues • Translate user requirements into functional and actionable analytics • Support evaluation, development, and optimization of Sales Operations processes and functions, including documentation • Resolve capacity issues when conflicts arise • Define project requirements, milestones, phases, and elements • Liaise with internal IT resources on cross-functional projects, providing reporting expertise, end-user perspectives, and testing • Work with leadership to understand reporting needs and implement reports focused on company growth and predictive analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year College Degree, plus 6 years in work experience • Expert-level Power BI Data Modeling • Expert DAX coding • Strong SQL • Experience with “big data” and master data concepts • Strong MS Excel • Adaptability; avid multitasker; embrace challenges • Reliable, with strong work ethic • Extreme attention to detail • Natural problem-solver; self-motivated; team player • Strong project management & communication skills
