📋 Description

• Analyze business needs and operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and customer experience • Develop and recommend business solutions improving processes, capabilities, technology utilization, operational efficiency, and service delivery • Lead strategic and operational initiatives from concept through implementation • Develop project plans, define requirements, establish milestones, and monitor progress • Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders • Provide change management and implementation leadership for new processes, technologies, and capabilities • Coordinate communication, readiness, training, and adoption support • Measure and evaluate initiative outcomes using success criteria and key performance indicators • Maintain departmental reports, dashboards, and performance measures • Conduct ad hoc analysis and develop actionable insights • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence • Identify emerging needs, recommend enhancements, document processes, and partner with leaders on sustainable improvements • Take ownership of tasks and challenges encountered in the assigned role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, project management, and change management principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting performance data, identifying trends, conducting ad hoc analysis, and developing actionable business insights • Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in reporting, data visualization, and business technology tools • Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels • Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor • Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to bend and reach • Must reside in VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TX, or CO • Secure and distraction-free remote work setting with reliable internet connection; cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable
