📋 Description

• Maintain identity data quality standards for IAM and IGA functions • Analyze identity data and execute improvements to data integrity and quality • Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) through engagement with Lines-of-Business • Maintain RBAC through regular maintenance and periodic governance, including role or birthright reviews • Document and maintain application-specific identity data, including application ownership, data mapping, and role-based access • Perform periodic reporting and monitoring and analyze outputs for oversight and process consistency • Manage and implement data changes to the IGA application for new, changed, or retiring applications • Develop and maintain identity data management and governance policies, standards, and procedures • Participate in access certification campaigns and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity • Travel to meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technology-related field, or a combined equivalent of education and/or experience • 2 years or more of identity process and data analysis experience • 4+ years of direct experience provisioning systems and/or application access preferred • Prior experience in the financial services industry or another similarly regulated environment (SOX, HIPAA, etc.) • Experience creating and maintaining technical data and documentation • Experience working remote while staying engaged with various teams • Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes • Understanding identity-related audit requirements and access level standards • Strong ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create, maintain, execute, and follow established standards and procedures to meet Service Level requirements • Must be able to learn various technology quickly and work in a fast-paced environment • Must be accustomed to a professional, business office environment in manner and dress • Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time • Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers • Must be willing to participate as a team member
