📋 Description

• Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects • Conduct market research and digital financial analysis to identify client needs and recommend tailored digital banking solutions • Assist with data analytics, due diligence on digital platforms, and document reviews to support client transactions • Collaborate with product managers, digital analysts/specialists, the online account opening team, and team leaders on digital consumer and business initiatives • Support activities to enhance client engagement and promote digital banking services • Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Attend meetings as needed, with travel potentially required

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field • Rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred • 3.4 GPA preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn • Detail-oriented and proactive • Able to work effectively under pressure • Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data; cable or fiber preferred • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports • Ability to accommodate extended computer use by sitting or standing at an appropriate desk
