📋 Description
• Take ownership of all tasks and challenges in the operation of assigned position • Create and generate the Closing Disclosure, mortgage closing documents, and review documents for loan funding • Maintain compliance with SouthState Bank Corporate Code of Conduct and Ethics • Perform closing functions for government and conventional loans • Deliver the Closing Disclosure within required timeframes • Monitor all closings for accuracy and compliance • Communicate with settlement agent, attorney, and paralegal partners • Review title requirements and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1 – 2 years residential mortgage lending experience; 1 -2 years residential mortgage loan closing experience preferred, but not required • Working knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred, but not required
