📋 Description
• Team Lead will work directly with operations to support production needs around production control and planning of machines in their designated area of responsibility. • Responsibilities will cover functions related to coordinating a seamless production flow in relation to raw materials, work in process material, and through to finish goods transfer of material.
🎯 Requirements
• Exhibits good decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities. • Able to influence and train others in a respectful manner. • Illustrates a minimum level of communication skills (verbal and written) and knows when it is time to escalate. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. • Must possess strong multitasking capabilities and organizational skills. • Effectively work in a team environment.
