📋 Description

• draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including vendor, affiliate, and partnership agreements • prepare and update internal policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and best practices • maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations • collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements • provide legal support on day-to-day business operations, including addressing legal issues and offering practical solutions • handle customer claims and legal concerns with professionalism, ensuring that responses are timely and legally sound • collaborate with external legal teams to address complex legal disputes when necessary • support the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law, from an accredited institution • minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including international business exposure • strong spoken and written English language skills • meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and processes • strong researching skills to stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends • experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus • at least 1 year of experience working specifically with SaaS models would be a plus.
