📋 Description

• Develop a deep point of view on AtoB's competitive position and where we should invest next — grounded in direct conversations with customers and ecosystem partners (freight brokers, factoring companies, fuel networks). • Own the strategy and roadmap for your area, including success metrics, sequencing, and the trade-offs that come with both. • Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners across Sales, Partnerships, and Support — from discovery through launch and iteration. • Run user research with fleet managers and drivers, including in-the-field visits. Ground every decision in real customer pain, not internal opinion. • Use GenAI tooling (Claude Code and similar) to prototype quickly and align the org behind a shared vision before committing engineering resources. • Partner with design to ship UX that works for users with widely varying levels of technical fluency, on devices ranging from desktops in dispatch offices to phones on the road. • Use data to drive prioritization, measure impact, and make the case for what to build next.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including B2B or enterprise software • A track record of operating across the full product arc — vision and strategy through detailed execution and GTM • Strong customer research instincts; comfortable running discovery sessions with non-technical users in person and remotely • Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to prototype, communicate, and accelerate your own work • Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence engineers, designers, executives, and external partners with differing technical backgrounds • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous, complex product launches • Comfort working with data (SQL or equivalent) to investigate questions and back up decisions.
