📋 Description

• Create engaging UGC-style video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital channels • Follow provided scripts and bring different characters, scenarios, and concepts to life on camera • Develop and adapt scripts when needed for natural, platform-appropriate content • Produce content using different locations, characters, props, camera angles, transitions, and storytelling techniques • Use visual, verbal, and viral hooks to capture viewers' attention • Research social media trends, viral formats, and emerging UGC styles • Record high-quality video and audio with appropriate equipment • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign objectives and UGC concepts • Record content variations, hooks, scripts, and calls to action for testing • Incorporate feedback and revise content • Maintain consistent quality and meet content deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of UGC content creation experience, ideally with technology or B2B brands • Portfolio or examples of previous UGC/video content demonstrating on-camera ability and creativity • Reliable camera, microphone, lighting, and internet setup for remote content production • Ability to create varied content beyond traditional talking-head videos • Ability to experiment with characters, locations, props, and creative formats • Ability to follow creative direction, scripts, and brand guidelines while maintaining an authentic UGC style • Reliable availability during Chicago working hours (Central Time) • Strong on-camera presence and natural video communication • Ability to interpret and portray different characters, personalities, and scenarios • Understanding of UGC and short-form video content • Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms • Understanding of visual hooks, viral hooks, storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention • Strong camera and microphone quality suitable for professional content creation • Ability to independently plan and record content • Strong spoken and written English communication • American accent preferred • Previous UGC experience with technology, SaaS, B2B, trucking, logistics, or transportation brands is nice to have • Dedicated home studio or professional content setup is nice to have • Green screen and appropriate lighting equipment is nice to have • Relevant filming locations are nice to have • Script development or creative concept experience is nice to have • Paid social media advertising or performance marketing content experience is nice to have • Basic video editing skills are nice to have • Familiarity with content performance metrics and A/B testing is nice to have
