📋 Description
• Perform daily machine inspections, including checking fluids, wear parts, tires, glass, and general machinery condition • Immediately report equipment issues and required maintenance • Safely and productively operate assigned machinery • Adapt to changing traffic, soil, and weather conditions • Utilize GPS systems • Read and understand grade stakes and hubs for grade control and finishing • Manage materials efficiently during excavation, loading, placement, grading, and utility installation • Labor and assist the crew as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Must be willing to labor and help the crew • 3 years’ experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment (motor grader, scraper, dozer, excavator) • 1 year of industry specific related equipment operation experience • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, clients, contractors, and vendors • Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory • Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test required prior to start date
