📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects from start to finish • Ensure that schedules and budgets are met • Support, coach, and provide guidance to Project Superintendents • Oversee and facilitate the Owner/Client partnership in the field • Schedule and coordinate projects for efficiency and quality • Communicate regularly with clients concerning budget, schedule, and quantity tracking • Ensure adherence to budget and make adjustments as necessary • Support the superintendent in coordinating project needs and manpower • Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite • Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve challenges • Manage necessary actions due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors and subcontractors

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 • Procore experience preferred • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to be professional in any situation • Ability to be a team player with leadership capabilities • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement
