📋 Description

• Manage a team of operations transformation managers and knowledge management designers • Build and govern the library of agent operating procedures (AOPs) for AI agents across the member and provider support journey • Govern who can propose, approve, and change AOPs and how changes are reviewed • Partner with Quality Assurance to establish and run an ongoing QA cadence • Chair cross-functional triage, assigning each surfaced gap a named owner and due date • Partner with Product so AOPs update in lockstep with product and feature changes • Report to leadership on deflection and resolution-quality performance • Set and evolve the operating model, including cadences, roles, and KPIs • Retain ongoing ownership of AOPs as living artifacts • Improve AOP coverage, engagement, deflection impact, cost to serve, and cost per interaction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, start-ups, consulting, or services • Experience building or managing operational governance, QA, or documentation frameworks (SOPs, playbooks, or similar) • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a high-growth or complex environment • Demonstrated ability to run a recurring, cross-functional decision forum with peers who don't report to you and get real accountability out of it • Experience deploying agentic AI tools in the support journey (nice to have) • Experience with leading support tools like Zendesk and related process optimization (nice to have) • Background in product management or collaborating with Product teams (nice to have) • Background in consulting or product management (a plus) • Exposure to strategic planning or scaling operational programs (nice to have) • Eligible to work in the U.S.
