📋 Description

• Telephonic screening, brief intervention, and referral of members to a mood and/or anxiety specialty treatment provider. • Apply active listening, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing skills to understand each member’s needs and provide support as they set goals. • Utilize knowledge of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to coach members as part of their care journey. • Identify an appropriate level of care, facilitate referral, and coordinate care with a Spring Health provider. • Provide consultation regarding mental health concerns and family/relationship issues, as appropriate to member needs. • Document information, maintain accurate records, perform follow-ups, and track progress within several systems – including an EHR – within required timeframes.

🎯 Requirements

• Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC. • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience working with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders. • Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage. • Knowledge of current best practices and evidence based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders. • Strong preference for experience and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with diverse populations. • Motivated to go above and beyond for members to provide a high-touch experience. • Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems.
