📋 Description

• Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments • Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate • Complete required internal training and assignments • Attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards • Use data-driven decision-making and measurement-based care • Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality of care • Maintain timely documentation and continuity of care • Build strong therapeutic alliances • Maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week • Collaborate with other providers and master's-level clinical care navigators

🎯 Requirements

• Physically based in and hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NC, GA, FL, SC, AL, IN, MI, TN, and/or OK • Independent clinical mental health license such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC • Must not require licensed supervision • Ability to work a full 40-hour work week • Telehealth competency and comfort with technology • Ability and willingness to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT • Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for higher-risk clients • Commitment to quality clinical care and measurement-based care • Nice to have: 3+ years of post-licensed experience • Nice to have: willingness to become cross-licensed in other states • Nice to have: openness to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families • Nice to have: openness to working nights and weekends
