📋 Description

• Be the first point of connection in a patient’s care journey • Deliver highly personalized support to patients through phone, email, and live chat • Ensure patients feel heard, informed, and taken care of from the very first interaction • Guide patients through registration, answer questions, and prepare them for their first consultation • Share what makes Spring special to help patients feel welcomed and valued • Support providers and internal teams to help ensure successful patient registration

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role • Strong communication skills • Someone who finds purpose in helping others and values meaningful work • Bachelor's Degree
