Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Monitor designated communication channels during assigned after-hours and weekend shifts and respond promptly to urgent travel and logistics needs • Support Sprinters with flight disruptions, hotel concerns, transportation changes, and unexpected travel needs • Coordinate and change existing travel arrangements using established company guidelines • Troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions that minimize operational disruption and unnecessary travel costs • Determine when issues can be resolved independently versus escalated • Escalate urgent or high-impact issues to the appropriate on-call team member or leader • Communicate with Sprinters and internal stakeholders throughout issue resolution • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, decisions, travel changes, and associated costs • Provide handoffs to the weekday Logistics team for unresolved issues or follow-up • Follow established travel policies, SOPs, and escalation procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented with time-sensitive issues • Strong judgment and ability to independently triage requests • Reliability and responsiveness during scheduled coverage • Comfort working independently with limited real-time supervision • Ability to follow established policies while using good judgment in unexpected situations • Comfort working across multiple systems and communication channels • Availability for scheduled weekday evenings, weekends, and select holidays as needed • Preferred: experience in travel coordination, logistics, operations, dispatch, field support, customer support, or similar roles • Preferred: experience supporting frequently traveling employees or teams • Preferred: experience handling urgent or after-hours operational issues • Preferred: familiarity with Slack and travel booking platforms
