📋 Description

• Lead training sessions and value discussions to help customers use Sprout’s core functionalities strategically • Execute one-to-many customer-success playbooks and leverage in-app guidance and knowledge-base resources • Analyze usage data and health metrics to identify trends, churn risks, and customer-growth opportunities • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues using support tools • Partner with Product and Engineering on process improvements and automation • Develop internal best practices and resources for the support community • Generate regular reports on customer health and performance • Monitor platform usage and identify adoption improvements • Proactively address customer needs and potential churn risks • Contribute to internal knowledge-base articles and strategic customer-success initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer success experience • Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills • Agility and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment • Familiarity with Sprout Social influencer marketing and influencer marketing strategy (preferred) • Experience with Gainsight or other CS management software (preferred) • Experience working within a one-to-many model of customer success (preferred) • Ability to work either PST or MST timezones (preferred) • Must reside in an eligible US state; Sprout Social is not set up in all states
