📋 Description

• Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions • Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX • Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets • Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces • Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions • Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and integration issues • Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders • Support data analysis, modeling, and reporting requirements • Maintain data quality and ensure accurate reporting outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level SQL • Power BI proficiency • Snowflake proficiency • DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills • Experience developing data pipelines and reporting datasets • Understanding of ERP/HR data models, integrations, and reporting • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment • CGI Advantage, preferably CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM experience preferred • Experience translating business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions preferred • Experience with ERP/HR systems and data structures preferred • Experience troubleshooting data quality, reporting, and integration issues preferred • Must currently reside in the Phoenix area • Must be available for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close date • Must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer • HireRight background check and drug screening required • Work authorization in the USA is requested
