📋 Description

• Coordinate and process project opportunities by reviewing and managing incoming documents and information • Input and maintain project-related data within ERP, CRM, and other internal systems • Prepare and deliver customer quotes aligned with project scope and budgetary requirements • Maintain communication with internal operations, sales teams, customers, and external contractors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to streamline project processes and address challenges • Monitor and track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders • Use technology and software proficiencies to improve project coordination efficiency and align systems with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Robust organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Technological proficiency with an aptitude for navigating various software systems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors • Previous experience in project coordination, distribution, estimating, or material takeoffs preferred but not obligatory • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications • Ability to monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field required for the Project Coordinator position • Combined experience and education will be considered to satisfy the education requirement
