📋 Description

• Coordinate and process project opportunities by reviewing and managing incoming documents and information • Input and maintain project data in ERP, CRM, and other internal systems • Prepare and deliver detailed, competitive customer quotes aligned with project scope and budget • Maintain communication with internal operations, sales teams, customers, and external contractors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to streamline processes and resolve challenges • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders • Use technology and software systems to improve project coordination efficiency • Support projects across the Commercial Services/GRIDS Division • Report directly to the Commercial Manager - GRIDs • Travel occasionally as project needs require

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Technological proficiency and aptitude for navigating software systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications • Ability to monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate stakeholder updates • Experience in project coordination, distribution, estimating, material takeoffs, or a similar role is preferred but not required • Experience in construction supply, building materials, or landscaping is preferred • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously is preferred • Advanced proficiency in ERP and CRM software is preferred • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum is preferred • Experience developing and managing project budgets is preferred • Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred/required in the preferred education section; combined experience and education will be considered • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen, as permitted by law
