📋 Description

• Perform high-volume daily credit and program entries • Process and review exception reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate as appropriate • Assist Analysts with Event Wallet updates and supporting documentation • Maintain and organize the team inbox and route inquiries promptly • Update and edit Event Wallet reports and spreadsheets • Use Excel and internal systems such as Outsystems and Power BI to update reports and track entries • Maintain detailed documentation for reconciliations and audit requirements • Follow established procedures and internal controls • Support continuous process improvement efforts • Report to the Director of Operational Accounting • Support Analysts and Supervisors with daily vendor incentive processing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ year of experience in data entry, accounting support, rebate administration, or related administrative role • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate, high-volume data entry • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience in vendor incentives, rebates, or invoice verification processes preferred • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or ODS preferred • Exposure to financial systems or accounting support functions preferred • Minimal travel required, up to 5% as needed
