📋 Description

• Own the Pharmacy IT Development organization • Establish accountability for engineering delivery, architecture, technical quality, and production readiness • Define and execute the technology strategy and engineering roadmap for DomaniRx and related pharmacy capabilities • Establish engineering standards for architecture, software development, testing, deployment, observability, resiliency, and performance • Ensure the platform supports the scale, availability, transaction volumes, and response-time requirements of large health plans and pharmacy programs • Drive modernization while maintaining existing production stability and integrity • Create a predictable engineering delivery model with commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes • Translate business and regulatory requirements into engineering roadmaps and release plans with Product leadership • Own technology execution across major releases, client implementations, migrations, and strategic programs • Establish release-readiness and production-readiness criteria • Identify and resolve critical-path issues • Drive reliability, deterministic processing, security, and operational resilience • Improve automated testing, regression coverage, CI/CD controls, code quality, defect prevention, and engineering observability • Ensure controls for rollback, recovery, transaction integrity, data consistency, and failure handling • Partner with Operations and Infrastructure on incident containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions • Use engineering and production metrics to identify systemic problems • Support pharmacy benefit administration and claims adjudication across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other lines of business • Respond to regulatory and industry requirements, including CMS mandates and federally required pharmacy changes • Drive AI adoption across requirements analysis, development, testing, defect analysis, documentation, and production support • Partner with the SS&C Health AI Center of Excellence and broader SS&C technology organization • Own the long-term technical architecture of the Pharmacy platform • Reduce technical debt and complexity while improving modularity, configurability, and interoperability • Ensure APIs, data models, orchestration capabilities, and integration patterns support an open, modular ecosystem • Balance modernization investment with client commitments and commercial priorities • Build a high-performing engineering organization and develop engineering leaders • Create succession plans for critical positions • Establish a culture of ownership, technical excellence, transparency, urgency, and continuous improvement • Hold leaders accountable for measurable outcomes including delivery, stability, quality, scalability, security compliance, technical debt reduction, productivity, AI adoption, client migrations, regulatory readiness, and organizational sustainability
