📋 Description

• Support technical-related escalations • Support new feature development • Manage and improve processes • Partner with leadership to create solutions for features and enhancements • Define product requirements and collaborate with designers, engineers, and quality assurance • Define scope and schedules and communicate status throughout development • Develop documentation, trainings, and case studies for the product • Execute minimum acceptance testing on new features and functionality • Handle escalated support incidents • Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, workflow, product, and systems interfacing with Geneva • Proactively add value to the development process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate ideas clearly to influence others • Ability to apply troubleshooting and analytical skills when resolving problems • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical developers, and QA engineers • Ability to work well under pressure • Willingness to collaborate across time zones • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a technical field is highly preferred • Detail-oriented, team player, passion for Geneva, and interpersonally strong and self-aware
