📋 Description

• Parts Invoice Auditing: Match parts invoices against purchase orders. • Core Return Tracking: Manage credit memos and process manufacturer documentation for core returns and defective parts. • Statement Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements against and AP general ledger. • Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve pricing or quantity variances directly with vendors, purchasing team, and the warehouse team. • Vendor Management: Maintain positive relations with parts distributors and ensure timely communication so payments are not delayed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data matching and ledger variance analysis • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
