📋 Description

• Translate risk analysis into portfolio-level decisions • Evaluate new business, renewals, endorsements, and complex submissions • Act as a trusted advisor to agency partners • Provide coverage guidance, creative solutions, and market insights • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging risks • Identify growth opportunities across submissions and agency relationships • Drive continuous improvement in underwriting processes • Exercise judgment on complex and non-standard risks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience • Experience evaluating new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes • Experience working directly with independent insurance agents • Ability to make underwriting decisions within established authority limits • CPCU, CIC, AINS, CRM, or other insurance designations are a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
