📋 Description

• Perform routine accounting activities • Prepare, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts and financial statements, including balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules • Perform routine journal entries and other accounting activities using existing procedures • Assist with preparation of the annual budget and strategic plans as required • Prepare routine audit and/or tax work papers • Prepare routine accounting work papers for project budget preparation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to quickly learn new software • Strong communication skills • Prior experience with fixed assets • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for near and far distances and to identify and distinguish colors • Frequent use of hearing and speech for oral communication; ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Rare climbing • No required professional license or certification • No experience required
