📋 Description

• Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates • Monitor, advise, and review work progress • Report compliance with policies and procedures • Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates • Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff • Conduct routine monthly audits to ensure key-system information accuracy and policy compliance • Prepare monthly audit performance reports for department and company leadership • Provide feedback to managers and staff and assist in designing improvement plans • Educate staff to promote continuous improvement • Communicate and ensure prompt correction of audit errors • Facilitate collaborative sessions on quality issues, projects, and programs • Assist with data analysis and report creation for the Revenue Cycle • Perform barrier and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and best practices • Provide input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes • Advanced Excel skills • Experience in Quality Assurance, patient registration, or hospital billing • Experience with Epic • Proficient computer skills • Excellent communication skills • Candidates must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Five years’ experience in a health care or health insurance setting • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Required professional licenses and/or certifications: None
