📋 Description

• Analyze existing revenue cycle systems, primarily Epic EHR, to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities • Optimize revenue cycle systems through tools, workflows, processes, structures, and best practices • Gather and analyze data for fact finding, process improvement, and system optimization • Identify change-management strategies and encourage adoption • Collaborate with Information Services associates and improvement project teams • Lead process improvement teams with revenue cycle workflow and system design expertise • Clarify needs, prioritize requests, recommend technology designs and workflow plans • Execute changes and adaptations to revenue cycle and operational technology • Manage multiple priorities and requests • Assist with end-user acceptance testing for revenue cycle applications • Lead prioritization meetings • Identify practical electronic and non-electronic solutions to system problems • Communicate Revenue Cycle system upgrades and enhancements • Provide consultative workflow and technology solution services • Respond to user problems and questions regarding functionality, operations, reporting, and procedures • Map revenue cycle processes to identify current workflows and bottlenecks • Translate operational needs into technical designs and process improvements • Lead or participate in goal deployment and projects • Facilitate demand management, align priorities, track progress, escalate issues, and create decision documentation • Assist with implementation of third-party Revenue Cycle vendors • Coordinate focused improvement events and drive deliverables to completion • Deliver deadlines, manage responsibilities, and monitor and summarize multiple projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, claims, and reimbursement • Expertise in health informatics and data analytics • Proficiency with Epic EHR • Proficiency with Excel and business informatics platforms • Understanding of clinical and financial data integration • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and CMS • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies • Familiarity with project management and system optimization • Ability to work from Ohio • Ability to work day shift, 40 scheduled weekly hours
