📋 Description
• Independently manage the full lifecycle of the hospital’s Medicare and Medicaid regulatory filings • Manage compliance, audits, and appeals • Serve as the sole internal authority for reimbursement strategy • Safeguard and optimize Graduate Medical Education (GME/IME) funding streams • Prepare standard cost reports • Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team • Perform duties consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field • A minimum of 5-8 years of direct hospital reimbursement and cost reporting experience required
