📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical intermediary between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams • Translate complex technical specifications into accessible, non-technical language • Intake, analyze, and prioritize client feature requests against engineering bandwidth, launch deadlines, and project roadmaps • Drive concepting sessions to evaluate requested features and align on technical feasibility and delivery approaches • Partner with Technical Leads and Full-Stack Developers on regional platform scaling, multi-layer authentication, API integrations, and external system connections • Support regional feature rollouts, including geo-routing and content localization setups • Facilitate bi-weekly release cadences, support, routine maintenance, and rolling feature updates • Perform hands-on functional testing and Visual QA before deployment • Write QA tickets and track defects through resolution with the development team • Monitor project financial health, including burn rate, budget forecasts, and change requests • Ensure accurate and timely client billing and reporting • Follow standard project management processes using company tools and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working within a digital agency environment leading complex client-facing projects • Ability to understand, digest, and communicate technical architecture and concepts, including APIs, auth layers, and front-end/back-end frameworks • Outstanding client-facing skills and track record of building trust and demystifying tech specs for business stakeholders • Strong project management discipline to balance competing client demands, tight launch dates, and resource availability • Functional and visual QA experience with user-facing web products • Experience working within agile software environments featuring fast-paced release schedules, such as two-week release cycles • Prior exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems), CMS integrations, or regional web localization is highly desirable • Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify
