📋 Description

• Enter and process payables • Record cash deposits • Enter credit card transactions • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in support of Senior Staff and Controller-level team members • Identify root causes of client accounting issues and propose solutions • Improve client and firm processes and profitability • Deliver client service according to the SN Way standards • Recognize cross-selling opportunities and participate in networking to generate new business leads • Provide guidance to teammates and help the team succeed • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to complete tasks • Manage client projects with minimal oversight where appropriate • Learn additional accounting software programs as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience required • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client accounting tasks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to learn additional accounting software programs • Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint proficiency for OAS transactional accounting delivery • Transactional accounting experience: AP entry, cash deposit recording, and credit card transaction entry • Bank reconciliation experience • Ability to maintain professional AEC client relationships • Ability to collaborate with Senior Staff and Controllers • Problem-solving ability to identify root causes of client accounting issues and propose solutions • AEC industry accounting familiarity preferred • Month-end accounting experience preferred • Additional accounting software experience preferred • Experience working successfully in a fully remote environment • Professional Services environment experience
