β’ Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution β’ Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN) β’ Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in a pre- or post-licensure nursing program β’ Minimum of four (4) years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical nursing within the past five (5) years β’ Experience supporting student learning outcomes, remediation, or academic coaching β’ Working knowledge of ATI or similar NCLEX preparation platforms β’ Experience using ATI analytics to guide academic interventions β’ Familiarity with NCLEX test plans and clinical judgment models β’ Experience supporting at-risk or academically vulnerable students β’ Experience with NCLEX preparation platforms such as ATI, Kaplan, HESI, or similar β’ Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
