📋 Description

• Analyze operational processes to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and producer experience • Support business transformation initiatives by documenting workflows, gathering requirements, evaluating data quality, and recommending practical solutions • Assist with developing and maintaining procedures, training materials, SharePoint content, and knowledge resources • Use Microsoft 365, reporting tools, automation, and AI-enabled technologies to streamline processes • Collaborate with Producer Services leaders and cross-functional partners on operational, compliance, compensation, data, and technology-related needs • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts • Work under one manager while potentially collaborating with multiple teams in the division

🎯 Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student for the duration of the internship • Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, and students pursuing advanced degrees are welcome to apply • Sponsorship is not available for this internship opportunity • Preferred majors in Business, Finance, or a related field • Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experience and/or course of study • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook • Experience in AI tools preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills • Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback • Must pass criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
