📋 Description

• Manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business and existing/growing business • Build and maintain effective relationships with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers • Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups • Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements • Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy • Administer re-quotes and corrections • Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline • Demonstrate company values and brand through professional negotiation, responsive communication, daily check-ins, and scheduled meetings • Collaborate with internal and external customers to achieve the best possible outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with group employee benefits products preferred • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines preferred • Salesforce CRM experience preferred • Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory required • Must live in the Central time zone of the United States • Must pass criminal background, employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
