📋 Description

• Define product features, platform standards, and governance for Stanford Health Care’s Adobe Experience Manager website system • Translate institutional and user needs into product requirements, use cases, workflows, user stories, and technical specifications • Own the design system, component library, delivery standards, and documented exception processes across uniform and tailored web experiences • Audit web properties for design-system adherence and identify remediation or system-evolution needs • Bridge engineering, content, design, marketing, legal, privacy, compliance, and accessibility stakeholders • Communicate platform capabilities, limitations, constraints, tradeoffs, and roadmap priorities • Embed regulatory, ADA/WCAG, privacy, and institutional requirements into production workflows and compliance gates • Drive end-to-end delivery of website features and enhancements through agile development, standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions • Coordinate with technical development, programming, and QA staff; monitor project progress, resolve problems, and report on project velocity • Build AEM experiences with digital designers and internal digital teams; incorporate testing, usability studies, research, and market analysis • Define KPIs, analyze site analytics and user feedback, and develop dashboards and reports • Plan A/B and multivariate testing and recommend product optimization • Partner on SEO best practices and recommendations concerning healthcare information search and consumption

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a related field • Six years of progressive product management or related web/digital-platform experience, including end-to-end feature enhancement delivery • Three years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including component architecture and design-system governance • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or environments with strict compliance and accessibility requirements • Experience stewarding a design system and/or component library across multiple teams or stakeholders • Strong technical communication, presentation, requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills • Deep understanding of design systems, component-based architecture, governance frameworks, and AEM templates, components, workflows, and permissions models • Understanding of web application and content management system architectures • Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and accessibility standards including ADA/WCAG/Section 508 • Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge and understanding of front-end development principles related to AEM components and templates • Proficiency with traditional and agile product development and project management methodologies, such as SCRUM • Demonstrated understanding of analytics tools and holistic SEO; ability to leverage tools such as BrightEdge • Experience establishing, documenting, and enforcing governance and exception processes across distributed teams • Understanding of customer journey mapping and user-centric design principles • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, build consensus, and collaborate cross-departmentally without direct authority • Preferred: experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, healthcare digital ecosystems including Epic/MyChart, AI-driven personalization, emerging web technologies, and large-scale web-platform governance documentation • Candidates must adopt and execute Stanford Health Care C-I-CARE standards
