📋 Description

• Oversee social media content planning, influencer activities, and paid media amplification • Build social and influencer plans to support brand objectives • Partner and execute with agency partner on social boosting and influencer support • Execute social first content plan to build community and drive engagement • Share social-first activation ideas to integrate into content and media • QA content with brand, legal, product, creative, ensuring platform best practices • Partner with Customer Support on tone and voice for community management responses • Measure and report KPIs to elevate insights through cross functional conversations • Stay in tune with culture in the industry, spotting cultural patterns, topics, and elevate opportunities to brand teams for approval and activation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field • At least 1-3 years in influencer/creator or social media marketing in the consumer-brand industry or at an agency • Hands-on experience executing influencer campaigns end-to-end • Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and ecosystem dynamics • Comfort working cross-functionally in multidisciplinary teams • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities • Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple key stakeholders, across several functions and levels • Creative thinking and problem solving • Consumer empathy, analytical & research skills • Record of strong mentoring skills, and interest in developing others • Experience building and optimizing workflows
