📋 Description

• Plan, write, and publish weekly posts on LinkedIn and X while maintaining a two-week buffer • Extract executive architectural insights into published content and thought leadership • Manage comments, direct messages, and mentions on both platforms • Engage with practitioners, contributors, and platform engineering leaders • React quickly to cloud-native and AI infrastructure developments • Provide live coverage of priority global events through X threads, LinkedIn updates, and post-event recaps • Protect the brand voice and editorial quality • Challenge subpar content and propose higher-impact alternatives

🎯 Requirements

• Infrastructure-literate; understands the infrastructure landscape well enough to write credibly for DevOps and platform teams • Opinionated view on how to win on LinkedIn and X • Can identify developer-centric or highly technical social accounts personally scaled and grown • Builds and owns a structured content calendar with a two-week safety buffer • Balances high-velocity output with corporate judgment • Knows when to capitalize on infrastructure trends and when strict message alignment is required • Measures social success through community conversation, traffic, and distribution momentum • Bonus: background managing social channels for developer tools, open-source ecosystems, or AI/MLOps infrastructure • Bonus: direct experience translating executives' deep technical expertise into compelling narratives • Bonus: basic video clip selection and editing skills • Bonus: comfort independently covering large industry events on-site
