📋 Description

• Serve as functional/technical lead for the Procurement technology product area • Partner with Procurement Business Process Owners to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes • Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and alignment to business value and capacity • Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives • Drive AI and automation initiatives across S2C and P2P • Act as project functional/technical lead for implementations, rollouts, and major enhancements • Coordinate requirements, design, testing, cutover, and adoption • Lead cross-functional workshops across Procurement, Finance/AP, and upstream/downstream systems • Manage functional risks, dependencies, scope trade-offs, delivery quality, and readiness • Own end-to-end requirements, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, control requirements, and acceptance criteria • Design and standardize S2C processes including sourcing, supplier onboarding, supplier lifecycle management, contract authoring/approvals, contract repository, and compliance workflows • Design and standardize P2P processes including catalogs/guided buying, requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, matching, exceptions, and supplier enablement • Ensure solutions support auditability and key controls • Provide functional oversight for Ariba or similar module configuration and related workflows, catalogs, and supplier enablement settings • Define integrations between S2P suites and SAP, Infor, QAD, and JDE ERP systems • Partner with integration and data/BI teams to validate mappings, reconciliation, and reporting needs • Lead functional oversight across reporting for spend analytics, compliance, cycle time, exceptions, and aging • Support integrations using APIs, EDI, cXML, and ETL processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of functional/technical experience at the intersection of enterprise business system analysis and technology procurement pipelines supporting enterprise applications • 2+ years of hands-on Low-Code/No-Code experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready low-code applications and automated workflows • Hands-on experience with S2P platforms such as SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa, Ivalua, or similar across S2C and/or P2P modules • Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards, including master data and transactional flows • Familiarity with agile delivery and tooling such as Jira/Azure DevOps • Familiarity with ITSM, including ServiceNow • Experience with global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption • Strong SQL and data validation skills • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau • Strong experience translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, and functional specifications • Proven leadership in testing and release readiness, including UAT leadership, defect triage, go-live, and hypercare • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
