📋 Description

• Support the Director of FP&A • Provide accurate and timely analysis of actuals and forecasts • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business rhythms, including close processes, forecasting, and budgeting • Complete ad-hoc reporting for Tools & Outdoor Finance Leadership • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership • Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes • Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations • Enhance FP&A processes through automation, improved data visualization, and best-practice implementation • Evaluate new business initiatives and investment opportunities through financial modeling and scenario analysis • Support financial systems enhancements, including EPM and ERP upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 2-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling • Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion EPM, SAP, Power BI, or similar tools • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders • Ability to drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives • Proven problem-solving skills • Solid oral and written communications • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work across all functions and generate solutions or recommendations before topics are presented to management • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
