📋 Description

• Execute internal audit engagements across planning, scoping, fieldwork, and reporting phases • Conduct focused interviews to develop risk-based audit work programs • Perform walkthroughs, testing, and analytical tests in accordance with audit programs • Draft audit findings and share them with auditees • Work with auditees to identify root causes and develop remediation plans • Participate in External Audit EY Direct Assist work, including testing and inventory counts • Identify control gaps and process-efficiency opportunities using risk assessment, accounting, finance, and operational knowledge • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, risks, and control weaknesses • Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans • Collaborate with management and stakeholders on corrective actions and process improvements • Monitor audit recommendation implementation and guide timely resolution • Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Participate in special projects • Add value to the business and positively impact the bottom line • Work with a diverse team supported by senior management and the Audit Committee

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or an operational-related field • 2–5 years of work experience in operations or internal audit/public accounting • CPA, CMA, or CIA preferred • Manufacturing experience a plus • Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related fields, preferably in a senior or supervisory role • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing standards • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills • Effective interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to undertake approximately 30% domestic and international travel • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
