📋 Description

• Lead new store opening readiness by planning, coordinating, and executing operational strategies • Serve as a trusted business partner to licensees, using operational expertise, performance insights, and strategic consultation to drive sustainable business results • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives by aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and delivering outcomes that support organizational objectives • Strengthen operational capability and continuous improvement through coaching, training, process optimization, and scalable solutions • Help licensees successfully open, operate, and grow Starbucks coffeehouses • Deliver exceptional new store opening experiences and strengthen operational performance across the licensed coffeehouse portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to leverage data, insights, and sound judgment to drive operational and business results • Exceptional consulting, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of an organization • Strong project management, planning, and prioritization capabilities • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel up to 90%, including domestic and international travel • Ability to work variable hours, including nights and weekends, as business needs require • Three (3) years of retail, restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations management experience • Two (2) years of operational training, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or learning and development experience • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional operational initiatives, new store openings, or business projects and initiatives • Experience using operational and business performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across competing priorities • Experience working within licensed, franchise, or multi-unit retail business models • Professional proficiency in French preferred • Current valid driver's license • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international travel
