📋 Description

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the practicum and internship components of the Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program • Ensure compliance with CACREP standards, state licensure requirements, and institutional policies related to clinical education • Collaborate with the Program Director on clinical training partnerships, supervisor training, and assessment processes • Coordinate and evaluate practicum and internship components and serve as the designated Practicum and Internship Coordinator • Develop and maintain clinical training policies, procedures, handbooks, affiliation agreements, and accreditation documentation • Develop, evaluate, and maintain clinical site partnerships and verify site supervisor qualifications • Train, support, consult with, and evaluate site supervisors, adjunct faculty, and practicum/internship faculty • Monitor student performance, records, evaluations, liability insurance, and supervision documentation • Implement student and site supervisor evaluation processes and use results for program improvement • Ensure compliance with clinical supervision ratios and group size limits • Address student and site issues, including mediation and remediation plans • Collect and analyze clinical training data and prepare annual outcomes reports and accreditation submissions • Assist students with practicum and internship placements, orientation, field readiness, ethical conduct, and professional behavior • Teach MCMHC courses related to practicum, internship, and clinical supervision • Participate in faculty meetings, committees, university service, and scholarly activities • Collaborate across College of Mental Health departments and programs • Foster partnerships with community agencies, clinical organizations, and professional associations • Represent the program in clinical and community partnerships and professional meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Earned doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited program (required) • If the doctorate is from a related field, employment as a full-time faculty member in a counselor education program for at least one full academic year prior to July 1, 2013, under the CACREP grandfathering clause • Current clinical counseling license and supervision credential in good standing with the relevant state board • Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, including supervision training and direct supervision of counseling students or pre-licensed counselors • Professional counselor identity, including active membership in professional organizations and evidence of scholarly or professional contributions • Knowledge of CACREP standards, clinical supervision models, and ethical guidelines for counseling and supervision • Effective teaching, advising, and supervision at the graduate level • Experience developing and maintaining clinical partnerships and training site supervisors in accordance with CACREP requirements • Proficiency with digital learning platforms and supervision technologies, including Moodle, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Tevera, Supervision Assist, Skillsetter, or comparable systems • Ability to collaborate with faculty, administrators, students, site supervisors, and community partners • Commitment to Campbellsville University’s mission and values and to ethical standards of the counseling profession • Commitment to this position as primary employment and availability during regular work hours
