📋 Description

• Further develop Stäubli’s leading market position with efficient sales activities on assigned accounts and markets • Be responsible for developing the sales pipeline in selected focus markets and your territory • Create new accounts and achieve market leadership • Build and maintain close relationships with existing key accounts • Identify, win and maintain key-accounts in your assigned market and align on sales activities • Understand customer’s applications and requirements • Evaluate customers’ needs and our value proposition and business case • Follow-up on open Quotes and close opportunities with accounts

🎯 Requirements

• BSEE or BSME required • Minimum 5 years of successful field sales or business development experience • 5+ years in electrical machine integration, with industrial connectors a plus • Proven track record in selling electrical components to OEMs and Integrators for electrification and automation • Industry experience with high-end electrical connectors a plus
