📋 Description

• Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director. • Remotely sign company and banking-related documents when required. • Assist with occasional compliance and administrative matters. • Remain available for infrequent communication regarding company-related requests. • Support corporate compliance requirements without day-to-day management or running of the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a permanent UK resident. • Comfortable with remote communication and document signing. • Reliable and responsive when occasional assistance is required. • Able to complete identity verification and onboarding documentation. • Initial onboarding and bank account setup may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month. • Must provide a valid, in-date UK passport or driver’s license. • Must provide proof of address. • Must have an active UK mobile phone number. • Access to own laptop or desktop machine.
