📋 Description

• Manage relationships with talent and key partners • Exercise excellent creative and business judgement, tracking entertainment trends, and developing breakthrough original formats • Build relationships with buyers, key stakeholders at Overdrive, talent, artist representatives and the greater creative community • Lead and manage the curation of talent/media outreach and pipeline of creators • Lead dealmaking and closing process with various creative partners • Liaise with other departments including Brand, Publicity, Finance and Legal Affairs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of creative executive or representation experience brokering talent/activation/sponsorship/media deals • Deep understanding of the nuts and bolts of development, including ideation, creation of pitch materials, production, and dealmaking. Including experience working with digital creators and distributing on digital platforms • Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs • Experience with all creative aspects of video/photo development production and post production
