📋 Description

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery sessions • Diagram and optimize current-state and future-state business processes • Define epics and break them down into features and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools • Support system testing and user acceptance testing, including creating and executing test cases • Collaborate with developers, QA testers, product owners, and end users across the full project lifecycle • Deliver scalable, sustainable, and compliant solutions from requirements elicitation through deployment • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of contract requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance • Successful background check required • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator • At least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and declarative solutions • Experience working in Agile project environments • Generally available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Preferred: additional Salesforce certifications • Preferred: familiarity with Lucidchart, Jira, and Azure DevOps • Preferred: prior experience supporting federal or public sector clients • Willingness to maintain current Salesforce certifications and earn new ones as needed
