📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders in Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and GTM on high-priority operational challenges • Design and build tools, integrations, and automation that turn bespoke work into reusable workflows • Build ROI and margin calculators, pricing and packaging helpers, CPQ flows, and FP&A dashboards • Map and continuously improve data flows and processes across ERP, CPQ, CLM, and FP&A systems • Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows for contracting support, deal desk triage, and data validation • Develop analytics including Excel analyses, dashboards, data models, and pipelines • Create and maintain SOPs, data flow diagrams, configurations, and other documentation • Work directly with the Head of Finance & Operations to identify opportunities, define improvements, and ship solutions • Own ambiguous business operations problems end-to-end and build scalable processes and usable tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in integration engineering, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar roles in fast-paced environments • Strong judgment in at least one relevant domain • Technical and hands-on understanding of APIs and data models • Ability to work in modern business systems • Ability to ship spreadsheets, scripts, automations, and lightweight apps • Analytical fluency in unit economics, margin mechanics, and resource constraints • Ability to build models that stand up to scrutiny • Ability to design scalable, observable workflows and data models • Ability to independently design scalable processes from scratch • Clear and confident communication with senior leaders, in writing and conversation • For United States-based applicants, work authorization questions are included in the application
